    Every effort is made to display product images, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of the artwork.

   3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • We accept:

    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • Net Banking
    • Digital Wallets

   4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping within India is included in the listed price.
  • International shipping is currently unavailable.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

   5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

       Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • If canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
  • If canceled after dispatch, 15% of the order value will be deducted to cover shipping and handling charges.

    6. Returns & Refunds

    Exchanges are not available.
