As each artwork is carefully created and packaged with care, returns are not accepted once an order has been successfully delivered.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, a suitable resolution will be provided, which may include:

  • a replacement (if applicable)
  • or a full refund

Important Note

To be eligible for assistance regarding damaged items:

  • the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • clear photos/videos of the packaging and artwork may be required.
