Returns and Refunds
1. No Returns for Delivered Orders: Once an order is safely delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your painting arrives damaged (e.g., torn or broken during shipping), please notify us immediately by sending clear photos of the damaged item to nikitasharmaart99@gmail.com.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Once verified, you will receive a 100% refund, or a replacement will be sent (if applicable).
